A new chapter in the history of Tamils in Qatar,
The Mental Health Awareness and Award Ceremony was held on 29.05.2025. Students who scored one hundred percent (100/100) in the 10th standard Tamil subject examination and students who scored above 90 were honored by the Unified Tamil Council.
The importance of this event is that it was not just honoring based on scores, but also focused on the mental health of the students.
As a special feature of the ceremony, awareness and counseling were provided to students on the stress and stress management that occurs during the examination season.

கத்தார் தமிழர் வரலாற்றில் ஒரு புதிய அத்தியாயமாக அமைந்தது,
மனநல விழிப்புணர்வு மற்றும் விருதளித்தல் விழா நிகழ்வு நடைபெற்ற தேதி 29.05.2025 அன்று நடைபெற்ற விழா. 10-ஆம் வகுப்பு தமிழ் பாடத் தேர்வில் நூற்றுக்கு நூறு (100/100) மதிப்பெண் பெற்ற மாணவர்கள் மற்றும் 90க்கு மேல் மதிப்பெண் பெற்ற மாணவர்கள், ஒருங்கிணைந்த தமிழர் பேரவையால் கௌரவிக்கப்பட்டனர்.
இந்நிகழ்வின் முக்கியத்துவம் என்பது வெறும் மதிப்பெண் அடிப்படையில் கௌரவிப்பை மட்டும் அல்லாமல், மாணவர்களின் மனநல பராமரிப்பு பக்கமும் கவனம் செலுத்தப்பட்டது என்பதே.
விழாவின் சிறப்பு அம்சமாக, தேர்வுத் தொடரில் மாணவர்களுக்கு ஏற்படும் மன அழுத்தம் மற்றும் மனஅழுத்த மேலாண்மை குறித்த விழிப்புணர்வும் ஆலோசனையும் வழங்கப்பட்டது.
